Medical update

My GP rang me this morning, I’d rang on tuesday after coming back from a walk where I got so out of breath and had to stop at least four times before I finally made it home.
I asked him if I can get a ventolin inhaler, I told him I thought my asthma was getting bad again and so I felt I needed it.
He asked me if I had any other symptoms, or if I was just wheezing a lot. I told him I didnt have a temperature, or a cough, and that it was just wheeziness and shortness of breath that I was experiencing.
He agreed to write me a prescription for an inhaler, but he said if my symptoms got worse that I should call back after the weekend, and maybe I could go in and they’d examine my chest. I will do that if things dont improve, but I’m hopeful of an improvement once I am on the inhaler.
I’ve been taking the inhaler that frances gave me over the last few days, and my chest does feel less tight, the wheeziness is less, and it is helping me a lot.
So we’ll see how it goes.
For now I’m just glad he prescribed it for me.
