Moms being tested for covid

The doctor phoned mom back. He wrote her up an antibiotic, but he said since she has a burning in her chest, and an underlying condition, that she will have to be tested for covid.
He said burning in the chest can be a symptom of covid. She is being tested later on this afternoon. He told her that the rest of the people who are in the house need to restrict their movements, and she’ll have her test results within 24 hours.
I hope she doesnt have it! I was telling her she might have it and she could be asymptomatic.
If she does have it, we’ll all have to get tested. I am just hoping for the best, and hoping her test will turn out to be negative.
I’ve been at my parents house all weekend, and I’ve been in very close contact with her. I’m going home later on today. My sisters gonna take her to the test centre to get tested.
Please send prayers up for her that she is clear, and the test turns out to be negative.

  1. This is indeed very sad, Carol. I hope that your mother’s test turns out negative.
But for the safe side, you get yourself tested and ask your sister as well, along with those who came in close contact with your mother.
May you and your family stay safe and healthy.
