Tale weaver #296-Stranger 8th October

Michael’s challenge:

This week write your take on this prompt Stranger.
Who is he/she? Where do they come from?
Are they malevolent or benevolent?
Go where the prompt leads you.

On my morning walk

I meet you

Each time

You smile at me

And say hello

You stop and pat my dog

“What a sweet dog you have”

You say, as you touch my arm

“Why, thanks”

I say, with a big smile

I always love to get compliments on my dog

Every day, at the same time

In the same place

We cross paths

You and me

Strangers we are

But are we?

Not so much now I think

Its funny how a dog

Can bring people together
