There is no 9 9 9

Thats what Eileen would say to me right now if she was here. She always says that to me when I am panicking or upset, she says, there is no emergency, no 9 9 9, because 9 9 9 is our emergency services telephone number here in ireland.
I am very panicky and overwhelmed and very anxious at the moment.
I have a lot on my mind, I worry about this time of year, I worry for the darks, and for my own insiders.
This is a tough time of year for us all.
I could use a hug, or a few wise words.
butterfly hugs

  1. Emily, remember that y ou are 12 y ears old and you don’t have to carry the whole system on your shoulders. There are adults who can and should help you with that. I have been amazed at how strong your system really is and so I know the darks and those in your system and those systems inside others will make it through this season. You’ve also got Eileen and Dr. Barry to remind you of what I’m telling you as well. A big hug to you and you can pass it along to your system. xxx

    1. Eileen says the same as you deb! She says I shouldn’t take on the job of worrying as I am just 12! I try but its so hard! I worry a lot! Carol anne and Liz and Jade are all helping me too now. I am lucky to have them! xoxo love em!
