A disaster of a night

Its 3:11 AM. I havent slept a wink. Its a bloody disaster of a night here. I am super anxious, I really cant put my finger on why.
I took a shower to see if that might help. I think it sorta did. I put nice scented body lotion on after the shower, the scent which reminds me of my therapist eileen, that scent is rose.
I feel a little bit better now. I am going to go read I think. It will distract me from my thoughts.

      9. True. But if you take that into consideration you can still get some great stories. I signed up for Libby where our library offers ebooks and audiobooks for free which is brilliant. But you often need to wait quite long. I want to read Michelle Obamas book and a month ago it was 22 weeks waiting time. I am now down to 12 😁🙋‍♀️🐝

      10. Do you pay for any audible books, membership for one book a month I think it is 7 pounds, or maybe 10 pounds, but they have michelle obamas book. and if you join you get your first book for free!
