I am in severe pain

I’ve just had an awful scare. I am so afraid.
I was standing in the kitchen making coffee, I went to the sink to fill the kettle, and just as I ran the water to fill it, i got doubled over in pain. A sharp pain shot through my back, close to my lungs.
I couldnt breathe for a minute or two. I sat down, and tried to think fast. I couldnt think.
The next thing my phone rang, it was my mom calling but I couldnt get to the phone, I was in too much pain.
I finally managed to get to the phone and call her. I was crying and telling her how bad the pain was.
She asked me what I was doig before it happened, I told her I’d just been typing on my laptop. I wasnt doing anything strenuous.
She told me to take two paracetamol and lie down. I took the meds and am now laying on my bed.
I’m still in serious pain. The pain is sharp, and is eminating from my right and left sides, just under my breasts but at the back, at my back, coming out my back.
I really dont know what I will do. I may have to go to the out of hours doctor.

      1. It was an offal scare especially when I’m on my own here in the house my mum rang just as I was trying to breed and get a breath after the pain came so luckily I was able to talk to her I think she got a bit of a fright tooXX

  1. Does it hurt when you take deep breaths, cough or sneeze? You might have been sitting in a bad position while on your laptop and popped a rib. I do it quite a bit and it’s literally the worst pain. Hopefully it’s nothing serious.
