This week Fandango asks us the following question…
Having been subjected to stay at home restrictions (to one degree or another) over the past six months, would you say that the quarantine has made you a better person? If so, in what ways? If not, why not?

Well, I would say I am a lot more tolerant of others now. I am also a lot more patient. I dont fly off the handle like I used to. Having time to think, time to do things I normally wouldnt do much of, time to connect with others in different ways than I am used to, I feel has made me a better person all around. I am more adventurous now. I am more likely to try new things. I had to do my therapy over zoom, that was new to me. Before lockdown I’d never used zoom. I have also been using microsoft teams, I go on virtual meetings with my local blindness agency. Before all the quaranteen, I didnt know how to use teams either. I’ve done more hobby type things, like baking bread, exercising more, etc. I definitely think quaranteen has changed me for the better.

Nothing really changed for me as I have had to go out daily to work as an essential employee.
