I’ve made a decision to stop going to slimming world. I am becoming very stressed out by it. The stress is making me anxious. I dont need it right now.
I will quit working on dieting for now. I will enjoy my food. Life is too short to worry about always dieting. I can still watch what I am eating, and if I so choose I can weigh myself at home on my home scales.
This is the best option for me right now. I dont want to be overly focusing on the scales. It leads to binging and purging behaviours. It causes more issues for me. I’m just going to be happy with who I am, and with how I look.
