I feel tons better!

I took a nap on my recliner for an hour this afternoon, now I feel a ton better, I feel energised, the weakness and dizziness are gone, and I feel human again. I am so delighted. I didnt want to be sick, because I hate when I am sick.
I texted Eileen at 4 Pm just before taking my nap to ask her about the time of our session on Thursday. I had forgotten the time of the session. She texted me back just as I woke up, great timing! It was as I thought, the session is at 3:15 PM.
I ate dinner and am now relaxing in the bedroom with my tv on in here. I am on my laptop and watching a british soap opera. I am going to start the new cathy glass book in a little while. I finished taken today before I took my nap. Lisa stone is cathy glass using a penname, and her book taken was so good! There were great twists in it. I really enjoyed the writing style!

  1. Naps are good. My wife and I took a nap after dinner and I just got up a few minutes ago. I got up when the dog started barking at full volume for some reason and I couldn’t get back to sleep. Karla managed to get back to sleep, she had such a busy day that I’m just going to let her sleep until bedtime if she wants. It’s 8:30 pm here now.
