I cant sleep tonight, because I napped in the afternoon, I knew I shouldnt have done that.
Last night my sleep was great. I tracked it using my fitbit. I got around 5 hours, I couldnt believe it. But I had 2 hours of restless sleep, and 2 hours of periods where I was waking up and going in and out of sleep.
Its great that I am able to track it!
Now though its 1 AM and I am wired. And I’ve only had one cup of coffee since 8 Pm tonight when I woke up!
This is gonna be another long night I think! I am sitting here on my recliner, laptop on my lap, tv on, and reading email and blog posts. At least I am kept busy.
