I’ve got awful cramps in my legs. not sure why or what is causing them. Its not from exercising, the cramps are painful, like growing pains, but I doubt its that either.
It is very uncomfortable. I tried stretching my legs, and got up and walked around for a few minutes, they seem to be easing a little bit now.
This happens to me occasionally, but usually when I am in bed.
When you get cramps in your leg, lied down or sit back and ask someone to press the back of your toes (from the sole part) with the hand (palm) and push it towards you.

You are welcome. A friend who knows first-aid taught me that. And I have used that ever since I get leg cramps. It works!

Oh that’s cool! It will work then if its a technique first aiders use. X
