Good news!

I had a great result at my weigh in!
I was down 2 pounds! I’ll take that!
I am so pleased! Finally the results are beginning to show.
I came home, and was finally able to set up my fitbit. So now I can log things like exercise, water intake, weight, sleep etc.
I love it. I am excited to start logging and tracking my progress.
I made bacon and eggs for breakfast because I was craving it. It was delicious.
This news has made my day! I feel proud of myself, and hope the weight loss continues at a steady pace.

  1. My nutritionist has me using fitness pal app by under armor.
    itโ€™s free and tracks everything Iโ€™m eating and drinking along with exercise because it is connected to my Apple Watch! sadly though I have not seen any improvements in my weight!
