Good news!

I had a great result at my weigh in!
I was down 2 pounds! I’ll take that!
I am so pleased! Finally the results are beginning to show.
I came home, and was finally able to set up my fitbit. So now I can log things like exercise, water intake, weight, sleep etc.
I love it. I am excited to start logging and tracking my progress.
I made bacon and eggs for breakfast because I was craving it. It was delicious.
This news has made my day! I feel proud of myself, and hope the weight loss continues at a steady pace.

  1. My nutritionist has me using fitness pal app by under armor.
    it’s free and tracks everything I’m eating and drinking along with exercise because it is connected to my Apple Watch! sadly though I have not seen any improvements in my weight!
