I decided, after reading a comment from a dear blog friend, DBEST, that I need to keep going with the exercise routine, despite being sore.
So after I write this post, I am going to hop on my treadmill. The plan is to do 30 minutes on it today.
I am planning on doing 30 minutes again tomorrow, and probably will do the same length of time each day this week.
Being sore means its working, and no gain without pain right?
I will reep the benefits of it, my fitness levels will increase, and its good for my heart, lungs, and overall health.
And while I am at it, I am going to stop obsessing and weighing myself on my home scales, because it is not good for me, I just need to stick to weighing myself on the slimming world scales. After all, I am paying to be weighed in, so I need to stop trying to do it myself.
Right, off to exercise now!
