Getting fit the update

I haven’t exercised in the last two days. I’ve been slacking. Tomorrow though I am going to go out walking. I am going to go out with my dad in the morning and nitro is well. We will walk for 20 to 30 minutes.

I have to thank my dad for sparing me on, he passed a comment earlier about my weight and it made me feel bad. So I decided that tomorrow morning I am going to make more of an effort. I really have to do this exercising and continue with on a regular basis.

I did step on the scales today and I seem to have lost some weight so that’s good. It means that next week when I go back to slimming world I will have lost a few pounds. I’m very happy about that. Going in the right direction

  1. You can lose or gain weight daily and several times a day. I’m not a believer in weighing in every day for that reason it can give false hope. I weigh in once a week
