      1. Breaded shrimp is common and they’re very good, especially dipped in cocktail sauce, which is basically a mixture of ketchup and horseradish sauce.

Shrimp fajitas are a Mexican dish though, the shrimp are grilled with vegetables, usually at least onions and mild peppers, and then rolled up right before you eat them in tortillas with cheese, sour cream, and anything else that sounds good at the time. Chicken and steak fajitas are common too. They’re usually served with rice and beans on the side. I love fajitas!

      2. I just had a root beer float too. For some reason, even though I hadn’t had one for years, I was craving a root beer float. There’s only two places in town that make them with real ice cream, as opposed to soft-serve, and they were both closed. So we went to the store and got some ice cream and root beer. Definitely worth the effort.

      3. Definitely do! If you’re in a hurry, they’re totally simple to make, just root beer poured over ice cream, usually vanilla, but it doesn’t have to be. For something so simple, they are amazing.
