And I cant seem to get any!
Its now coming up on 2 AM! Still I am awake, with no sign of sleep coming.
This night is neverending! And I am so anxious!
At least the radio is keeping me company, Nitro has even decided to go to bed, he’s fast asleep in the living room.

I hope I have energy tomorrow! I’m debating whether I need to go make some tea, since the sleep seems to not be coming at all.
What do you do when you’ve tried sleeping and you cant?
Anyone got suggestions?

I get up and work. It’s 4:09 am here, and I’m knocking out my daily tasks.

Get up – if you don’t fall asleep within 30 mins – do something relaxing in a dimly lit room – no screens! Then try again. Repeat as necessary. I hope you managed some rest in the end ๐

Just came across this article. Have you ever tried a magnesium supplement, or glycine which sends you off quickly? Mix this together with some chamomile tea 30 mins before bed and you usually find yourself nodding off. And if you can AVOID caffeine anytime in the afternoon!
