I’ve decided to just get off my ass and exercise and stop procrastinating. I’m totally so good at procrastinating about it lol. I need to just set my mind to it and go for it. I’ve decided that starting tomorrow morning I’m gonna just do it! Just do it is gonna be my new motto!
So starting tomorrow morning I’ve decided to do 30 minutes each day on the treadmill. I am going to break it into 10 minute incraments, since I find it boring just walking for 30 minutes straight. So, I will do 10 minutes in the morning, 10 mins in the afternoon and another 10 in the evening. If I dont start exercising as I lose the weight, I’m going to be left with a lot of lose skin that is sagging and I dont want that. Plus, its good for me so I need to just go do it!
As I become fitter I’ll up my time, from 30 mins to 40 then 50 and finally an hour. I’ll probably end up doing 3 20 minute workouts eventually.
I am excited to see how this goes. If anyone wants to help motivate me, feel free, I can do with some morral support, and encouragement. It is helpful to be accountible to friends and blog buddies.
