I’d better be down at weigh in this week! Not just half a pound, I want a considerable loss!
I’ve been snacking on tons of fruit, as fruit is speed food, and helps with the weight loss. I’ve also been drinking a lot of water, and every meal I’ve had this week has been healthy and full of vegetables and high in protein!
I just had a snack of a fruit salad with yogurt, and a meringue nest, the meringue nests are only 3 syns, and I hadnt used any of my 15 allotted syns today yet.
I’m crossing my fingers and toes that I’ve done enough and it will pay off this week, I’d be happy with a 2 pound weight loss but would love a 3 or 4 pounds weight loss, as I am trying to lose a considerable amount of weight before my nieces confirmation which is on september 23rd.
When I was done eating my fruit salad, Nitro wanted to lick the yogurt from the end of the bowl, he’s such a funny dog. Of course I let him, he’s not fat enough lol, he needs more food to fatten him a little more hahaha!
He thanked me by licking me to death when he was done! All the yogurt went under his chin and he looked so cute!

💪🏼 just the fact that you are eating healthy is victorious! Don’t focus on the scale! My friend feeds her dogs yogurt and cottage cheese as treats all the time! They love it

It takes time hell I walk 7 miles a day and really haven’t lost any weight but I’m getting toned and see the changes
