      1. I make a topping with equal amounts of porridge oats and granola cereal. and cook it in the microwave for about 2 minutes No fat, no flour, no sugar. The slushier the fruit the better (I pre cook it first in the microwave to soften it up a bit) as it absorbs some of the mix. Nice with ice cream, custard, or plain yogurt.
