My dog is molting so bad! I sware I could make a fur coat out of the hair!
I’ve brushed him thoroughly today, and still its coming off inclumps.
I’m beginning to think its the heat in the house causing it!
But who knows! I could be wrong!
Maybe its his age? He’s almost 10 now.
Do dogs molt more as they age?
On the plus side, He loves being brushed! He enjoys it.
But the amount of hair coming off him is unreal!
I could be brushing for an entire week and it would still come off!
I love him though, and so I dont care!
I wouldnt change him for the world!

My parents have two jack russells and every day Mum has to sweep the floor because of their hair that gathers there!

Our dogs are the exact same way. I can brush the golden retriever for an hour straight and the hair volume coming off is still the same.

I think the labs and retrievers have a lot of hair and it just happens 😉

Our Lab Ruby is the same, she is 10yrars and blonde we could have a hundred and one of her with amount of fur we brush off! I think it’s heat that does it 🙂

Idk but Anna has been shedding a ton herself lately. I can brush another dog out of her every day
