Result!

I am just back from slimming world. I had a good group but a disappointing result. Well sorta disappointing, I had a maintain, so at least I didn’t gain any weight.

I wish I would have lost something, but well, maybe next week I’ll lose a lot. I hope so.

In the meantime, I’ll continue to do what I am doing, eating healthily, exercising, and drinking a ton of water.

It has to pay off eventually.
😊😍❤❤😘

  1. It doesn’t come off fast, insted slowly a pound or two at a time which is esier to maintain. I’ve lost some wieght finally after trying for some time, I just uped the excersise because of gettigna new puppy and a bit of more mindful eating. I still splurged and ate a big part of mu husbands cake on Sunday. I mainted so I’m good ofr the week. Stay with it, don’t get discouraged and if you fall back just start over. Don’t beat yourself up and make yourself feel worse. Tha’ts what I do. 🙂
