Yes, constantly lol. I am always watching what I eat and counting calories, which is how I stay at a low weight. I think most of us have to especially when older or else gain is inevitable. Writing down what I eat helps me to stay on track ๐

Have you ever tried the app called my fitness pal. Itโs great for writing down your food and the amount of calories in each thing I think itโs free but Iโm not particularly sure but are used to be free

A million times, lol. Weight watchers has worked for me, and recently, my husband and I used “Lose It” – an app on our Iphones. Dieting works at the time, but I find the weight sneaks back. I think it’s more about lifestyle change that matters.

What can you do on the app called lose it?

You track what you eat and count calories. You can also track your exercise, goals, and weight loss.

Sounds great, just like the kind of app I would need

I never really dieted but I was more strict and restrained in the first 3 to 4 months after my pregnancies until I reached my previous weight again. It always worked out!
