We had heat stroke and dr. barry was so worried about us

Dr. Barry was so worried about us when we saw her yesterday. She said she thought we got too much sun. We were burned on our face, you could see the outline of our sunglasses.
We were also burned on our arms, and she said we looked really flushed, she asked if we had a temperature, we didnt. She kept bringing us cups of water, making sure we were hydrated.
We had a great apt. We’re going to try this weekend without the support of the weekend team and see how we do. We’ll be at our parents for the weekend so we’ll have some support, we’re going to our parents this morning, we’re also going back to the beach today for another day out, and I’ll make sure I wear a sun hat this time.
I slept a lot yesterday when I got home from seeing dr. barry. I was so exhausted, I just went to bed and went to sleep.
I had a bad headache, I think from the sun, so its good I had a break yesterday. Now I am ready to go again today, and I am looking forward to it.
Dr. Barry worrying about me was so sweet. I felt so cared about. So loved. I kept telling her not to worry, but she was like, I dont know, I think its worse than your letting me think it is. And she was right, it was worse than I let on.
I’m just glad I am ok now again.

  1. I’m glad you’re OK, definitely take heat exhaustion seriously, it can really mess you up!

My sister, who I mentioned a few days ago definitely has lymphoma in her brain, they’re starting chemo and stem cell therapy Monday. Definitely needs prayers.
