Today is wednesday july 22nd

I woke up this morning feeling very sick. My head was pounding. I could barely sit up.
I thought to myself I cant get up and go see Dr. Barry. So I canceled it. Much as I hated doing it, I knew I had to.
I took some paracetamol and went back to bed. And I stayed there until noon.
My mom and sister were coming over then so I had to get up. But I didnt mind, my head felt better then anyway. I was also waiting for the delivery of my meds and I knew I’d have to get dressed to answer the door.
Mom made me a spaghetti bolognes while she was here, I’m trying to get back to cooking healthy food again. I had it for dinner and I’ll have it tomorrow as well. I got 3 more portions out of it which I froze for another time.
Mom also cleaned my yard, and did a couple other things around the house. We had to move my tv into my bedroom, the one which was in my spare bedroom, as I’m having a second sky tv box installed tomorrow. So my sister moved the TV for me.
My sister left to go to work around 1 PM, and mom stayed here until 3 PM.
Now I’m relaxing, after doing my calls for work.
I’ve no plans for the rest of this evening, I’m waiting for a phone call about the installation of the tv package tomorrow, I’m hoping the guy will come when my PA frances is here. She comes at 9 AM in the morning.
The plan now is to read some email and blogs, and then finish my book, and watch a little tv. My friend Norma said she’d call me tonight also.
Have a great wednesday everyone, stay safe and well!
