Celestial clockwork 1995 – (Mecanique celeste) by director Fina Torres; woman leaves a man at the altar to search her fortunes in Paris. She is an aspiring opera singer who lives with other Latin American women there as she studies voice lessons and looks for her big break. Great plot twists I won’t share… I think you’ll love it.

It depends a bit on my mood. But one movie which is always under my top 5 is “The Cloud Atlas” but also “The Lake House”… and from a different genre the “Die Hard” series. And then I need to mention my favorite Christmas movie “Christmas Vacation”.

I have two favourites Leap Year and Walking on Sunshine. They’re my favourites because whenever I’m feeling a bit down I’ll pop them on and I know they’ll make me smile ☺️ What’s yours?
