So I started to take my night meds at 8 PM to see if that makes any difference to how I sleep.
So far it hasnt, but I will keep it up for a while longer to see how I go.
I thought if I take them at 8 PM then maybe by 10 or 11 I’ll be tired enough to sleep…on a normal night I would be, but with my mental health being how it is right now, sleep is almost non existent.
I’ll take it where I can get it. If thats just a couple hours per night, then so be it.
For anyone who takes meds at night, what time do you take them at?
Do you find taking them at an earlier time helps?
