Med update

So I started to take my night meds at 8 PM to see if that makes any difference to how I sleep.
So far it hasnt, but I will keep it up for a while longer to see how I go.
I thought if I take them at 8 PM then maybe by 10 or 11 I’ll be tired enough to sleep…on a normal night I would be, but with my mental health being how it is right now, sleep is almost non existent.
I’ll take it where I can get it. If thats just a couple hours per night, then so be it.
For anyone who takes meds at night, what time do you take them at?
Do you find taking them at an earlier time helps?

  1. I try and take mine before 9:00 each night. It seems to help, especially with the one that supposed to help me not only get to sleep but to remain asleep. xxx

That sounds like a good thing to try out. 🙂 It’s always such an awful vicious cycle with mental health and sleep I hate it – the worse you feel, the less you sleep, and the less you sleep, the worse you feel – so anything that might help you to sleep better these days is worth trying. For me taking my night medication earlier does help, also because then I’m less groggy in the morning.
