Therapy Bits 
Zivah and I cleaned the car! Trash out of it. Vacuumed. Washed. Then I took her to go spend time with her sister … I went grocery shopping. I’m exhausted.

I have had my laptop in front of me all day! (except for bathroom breaks)
Jack has been making me drinks and feeding me throughout THE BAKE OFF! I am so glad he has been here.
He has been very patient. This evening I moved from my desk to the sofa, while I carried on making sure things were going ok with each post (we did have a few issues with some of the posts) and Jack found two movies for us – one was First Wives Club, and then we watched Dirty Dancing.
It has been a great day! It’s my first Saturday off work in many many months.

I was able to practice a little bit on my piano today, so I’m pretty happy about that. I will also be working on some writing, but I’m just still riding on my piano high. Hahaha. Ah, I forget too easily how freeing music can be.

This is the first weekend of the return of MotoGP so I’ve been watching all of it, free practice and qualifying. In between I’ve done my usual Saturday chores and cooking. Today is race day! I’m not going anywhere.
