Dr. Tonya has a tag which she does each week, a 5 things tag, this week she’s asked us to give 5 post pandemic predictions.

My 5 predictions?

Ireland will have a lot more unemployment by the end of this.

So many businesses will close their doors for good.

Telli conferences will probably replace a lot of in person appointments.

Zoom and other such apps will become a form of connection now as many people have to isolate to stay safe from the virus!

People will do crazy things, because, people are damn stupid and its no holes barred sometimes as to what they’ll do or think they can do thinking they are immune!

  1. I’m so tired of teleconference and Telehealth. I have to use them both for work and therapy. I quit emdr therapy with it because it was just a waste of time and money for me I was getting nothing out of the online sessions

      1. Yeah I wish I could see my therapist in person she is out sick still at the moment with shingles but I wish we were back in her office working that way iPad don’t really like the teleconferencing

      2. My emdr therapist has an auto immune disorder so she probably won’t be seeing clients all year. So I have the Telehealth a try but it’s not for me. I use it for my regular therapist and even that sucks
