Anxiety strikes

So anxious. Is anyone around? could use a friend. Feel agitated and so nervous. Not sure why.
Want to run. No where to run to.
Could use a few words of encouragement and support.

  1. Hi would it be helpful if you imagine a safe place? Or could you phone up a friend? We are here for you. Take courage you have come so far…. By the way I am packing to go on holiday I am going to see the sea……

  2. Do deep, slow breathing called diaphragmatic breathing. Put a hand on your belly and take 5-10 rounds of slow breathing, inhalation and exhalation. It naturally increases the oxygen supply to your brain and stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system. So, you will feel better and calm. Take care and God bless !
