#3things challenge #280

Your three things today are:


I give myself permission to cry, laugh, to feel, to just be. And although the colour has drained from my face right now, as my body feels a little bit weird, I will just breathe, feel, and lie here on my bed, thinking!
Suddenly, my thoughts seem clearer, and all of a sudden, I start to feel ok again!
