What is your top tip for losing weight?

  1. Balanced diet, portion sizes, don’t eat too much before you go to bed, plenty of water and if you don’t have an active job or play a sport, find creative ways to be active in your everyday life. Exercising is not the only way to be active or lose weight. I think it is all about the over all well being of your lifestyle and not so much diet trends etc.

  2. I don’t exercise, but am trying to get back into it. However my job is very active, I couldn’t count how many miles I walk a night around the store I work at, never mind all the heavy stuff I have to haul around etc….I had stuff going on in my personal life etc and I missed almost a month of work…when I went to the doctors I weighed the most I have ever in my life because not only was I not working, or exercising but I was cheating my diet and eating horribly as well. When I went back to work (it sucked at first, I was so sore carrying all that extra weight) and I got back to eating more healthy and smaller portions etc I lost a ton of weight in my first two weeks back. I actually noticed I lost weight the very first week, but it was like astonishing by the second week. I think a couple more weeks back at it I will be back to my more comfortable weight.

  3. Mix of drinking more water, doing more walking (an extra half hour each day) and smaller portions.
    I sometimes have a couple of days of just having soup to give my body a rest from all the food I throw in it!!
    I don’t have sweet stuff at home on my own. So I would only normally have a dessert if I have friends coming for dinner and I make a cake. Then I will have a slice.
