I feel so discouraged. I have been so bad lately about my diet. I am not at all on plan. I’ve eaten so much junk in the last 2 weeks. I need to do something and get back on plan!
I’ve been eating so much take away food lately, I ordered pizza last night, today I ordered breakfast, had it delivered, its too damn easy to do it and think about the consequences later!
I am definitely going to change my eating pattern!
I am going to start tomorrow. No more junk food for me for a while, because I want to continue losing weight!
Will you all be my cheer squad? I really could use some cheer squad buddies.
I am going to make a plan and follow it to the letter!
I will eat breakfast, a healthy one, a lunch, again healthy, and my dinner, with no snacking or grazing, the lockdown had me going to the fridge every damn hour or two!
I will treat myself to a bar of chocolate once a week, I am going to drink 2 cans of coke 0 per week, and the rest of the time I will drink water!
This has got to pay off!
And I also gotta get in the exercise groove! I just have to get motivated! There is nothing else for it!
The weight won’t come off if I sit around on my ass all day every day!
Not saying exercise is the be all and end all, but it helps!
So whose on my team? Whose gonna help me out? Motivate me, cheer me on?
Anyone else who wants to lose weight too I am here cheering for you! I’ll support you too in any way I can! We can do this together!

      2. I’m still a member but not on the zoom network. I phone my weight in every week which is good as it keeps me on track. I originally joined in 2016, then with selling the boat and moving way I didn’t go for about a year. I joined again in May 2019 and reached my target in August. Some of my meals might be of interest as they are syn free or low in syns. Sadly my cheesecake is extortionate in syns though!

      1. I am in the same boat as you. And though I am doing what I should, at least most of the time, I still find it hard to lose weight.

  1. I believe you can and will get back on a healthy diet and lifestyle! Remember when it comes to exercising you don’t have to run a marathon. Jogging, lifting weights, doing a zillion sit ups/push ups are not the only ways to exercise, in fact anything that raises your heart beat counts as exercising. Start small…for example speed walking is a great form of exercising because it keeps your heart rate up. Dancing can be even a form of exercising. Basically as long as your heart rate is up and you are breaking some kind of a sweat, it’s good for you. Don’t push yourself at first and you can work your way into a more regular exercise routine. When I was exercising I would exercise everyday just for 30 mins after work and then get in the shower to reset from my work/exercise routine to my relaxing routine. I love biking and that is normally one of my go tos for exercising, especially because I genetically have really weak knees…I once had a really bad incident with my knee where I couldn’t put any weight on it for almost a week and my doctor said biking(especially up hill) is one of the best things to strengthen my knees. That and to keep my weight to what I am suppose to be. The little exercises I have to do for my knees really help because it also helps keeps my body over all healthy. Smaller portion sizing and remember moderation is everything! A coke a week or a chocolate bar once in awhile won’t hurt you, but eating like that everyday will. Look into calorie intake and what our bodies need everyday, not just fruits and vegetables. I have started feeling better with not just my portion side on my plates, but a balance of protein, veggies etc and I am now taking a multi vitamin everyday. Something else that is great for most women is calcium. We need it for our bones and a lot of women lack calcium (I do, and it effects a lot including my menstrual cramps) but that is a lot to take in at first. ๐Ÿ˜› Basically leading a healthy lifestyle will make you feel better over all and help you stick to it. It is not so much about just losing weight, focus on wellness.
