Bee’s Poem of the Day: Wednesday the 13th?

Hello out there in the debths of the internet. How are you holding up if you are stuck at home? And how areΒ  you holding up if you have to work? I think we often forget, that a lot of people still have to go to work. My husband and I wish they would more often mentioned on tv when people stuck at home complain how bad it is.

Pondering that situation made me wonder if there is a country in which Wednesday the 13th is a bad omen or day. Do you know anything about that?

Wednesday the 13th.

Is that a thing anywhere?

No matter, the sun rises.

Happy Wednesday to you all despite everything.

  1. I just had my first video call with my best friends earlier. We’re glad to see each other and laughed all throughout. That’s why I’m wondering why I felt sad after we waved goodbye. Maybe it’s because of the quarantine blues?

And yep, there are lots of people who still need to go to work, especially those who badly need it to feed their families. In my country, I just really hope things may be properly managed by those in power for the masses.

How about you, how are you? Hope you have a great Wednesday th 13th. πŸ™‚

    1. Hi Camille, I had a very good day. Am feeling much better than expected but need to stay calm to not overdo it. I get tired very easily. I enjoyed sitting in the garden for a while. I hope and pray your country’s government can do the right for all its people. I get sad a lot lately. I start crying when I hear certain songs, see certain stories on TV or see messages from my family. I think its us realising how precious life is and how much we’ve taken for granted. Life can change in the blink if an eye and we better keep this in mind to make a better future for all of us. Happy Wednesday despite everything πŸ™‹β€β™€οΈπŸ

      1. Indeed, spending some time in the garden helps a lot. It’s nice to look at nature and let our eyes off the screen from time to time. Aw, I totally understand you. I bet everyone didn’t expect that our ordinary lives can drastically change all of a sudden. Let’s continue praying for the best. I wish you and your family well. Stay healthy and take care always!
