just 3 hours

3 hours of sleep, thats all I got.
At 4 AM my eyes flew open.
No matter what I did, I couldnt get back to sleep. So I gave up and got up.
Everything is so quiet, its so peaceful out there.
I love the early mornings for that very reason.
I put on the radio and made some tea. And now I think I’ll check my email.
I have therapy at 10 AM this morning.
I went outside to put stuff in the recycling bin, and its pretty cold out there this morning.
Despite getting so little sleep I am feeling great. I feel really good.

  1. Reading your post was itself peaceful! No strings attached! Simple, plain expression of emotions. 😇
Blogging has become so complicated recently and reading your post was refreshing as it came from heart!
