Ew, no, I hate it really! I hate things that are mashy/pappy in consistence! But my brother really loves them. I don’t know if it’s a thing for you in Ireland, or anywhere else in the world, it seems super strange even to me though I know quite a few Polish people who do that, but he pours a bit of milk on his mashed potatoes so then they’re even more mashy. Yuck! 😀

Not really. I mean, I’ll eat them as part of a meal, and they’re good with veggies mixed in, but lots of people love them just plain & I find them boring that way. Also, I’m not much of a meat eater, so I don’t do the meat & potatoes thing very often.

I like mashed potatoes with real
Butter , half and half and teeny tiny bit of garlic powder and some ranch dressing powder sprinkled on them ( the powdered ranch is yummy on steamed broccoli and carrots too )

Depends! I like smoothly mashed potatoes – no lumps – with a spot of olive oil and plant milk while my beloved husband likes his with butter and cream.

Hard to resist! My naturopath says I shouldn’t eat them because they’re not good for my digestive system, but I have a treat a couple times a month.

I love mashed potatoe. Used to make a little dent in it and put gravy in so it looked like a lake in the mashed potatoe mountains but my parents always disapproved. They always said you don’t play with food 😁🙋♀️🐝

I love mashed potatoes. But this is where I apparently get weird compared to others: I prefer instant potatoes to real ones and am addicted to instant garlic mashed potatoes. They’re too yummy.
