      1. I was lucky that my doctor caught it right away (it was on my head and across my face). With the pain and swelling I thought I had Stage 4 sinus cancer like my Dad died of. Anyway, my doctor gave me meds that worked to avert the worst of it. I haven’t been well since but the only major complication was that I was scared of dying my hair for weeks. I went from youthful brunette to old and grey, but decided old and grey works for me. I hope your Dad does not suffer too much. ๐Ÿ’–

  1. Last summer was the last time I travelled abroad – Australia!!! To see Goldfinch!
Since then I have been up and down to North Wales to see family and Jack has taken me away for weekends all over the south of Enland.

  2. We went to Branson MO last year. It was great! Weโ€™ve been there years ago and loved returning! Love the museums and restaurants. We stayed in a condo with a veranda so I was able to do some watercolor painting outside! โค๏ธ

  3. Honestly, the last time we went anywhere was when I took Spook to the state capitol for her birthday and we did the Chuck E Cheese things. That one day driving in such fast paced traffic and not really being oriented because all my usual landmarks had changed left me drained for days.
At least we had fun, but I will NEVER spend that much money on her birthday again. She wouldn’t eat lunch, the games were too expensive, and afterward, she asked, “So, what else do you have for me?”
    Nope.

  4. Just 2 weeks ago, my husband and I took our dog, Roxy, to a winter cottage resort north of Toronto for a week. Although we hate winter in the city having to shovel our property, commute in it, and I have to cope with caring and walking my client’s dogs in snow, we love enjoy a winter get away! I actually wrote about how beautiful the winter scenery was and how dog friendly this cottage resort is in my blog: https://judysdogreport.com/category/travelling-with-your-dog/ in case you or any of your followers are interested in checking it out.
