  1. Very good question, Carol. It depends on the person. I am more open with family and close friends. But I am not sharing it that much with everybody outside. Not because I feel ashamed but because I don’t see the use to bother others with something they have nothing to do with anyway. I don’t feel the need to involve the whole world… lol

  2. I am if I need to be. It helps to know others are struggling with things too. It helps knowing you are not alone, or that you can help someone else. But, as everyone else has said, you have to be somewhat selective with whom you share things.


  3. I am open about my struggles (the ones I chose to disclose) on my blog and some select friends and my partner. Pandora’s Box is for my therapist and my best friend and my partner. I guess the only one I really need to be open and honest with is myself.
