      1. Well I particularly love crunchy muesli, but it’s not as healthy so when I requested my staff buy me muesli for breakfast, I requested the regular kind. My husband occasionally make sme yoghurt with crunchy. Muesli and I used to eat it everyday when still living with him.

  1. Normally porridge with seeds and fruit. But since I am up a little earlier than I have ever been for this morning job I do, I find I am starving by 3 hours time. (I start to feel peckish in first hour if those 3 hours before starving.)
Googling it, I am not alone and now I have different foods for breakfast, with occasional porridge.
I find things for example, like avocado on toast, egg sandwich, or humous sandwich keep me full for longer, than what I usually have.

      1. Yes. Weetabix I have too at times and found gaving that with seeds and fruit, keeps the hunger off longer than my porridge.
I like to vary my breakfast, hence me giving a few things, rather than one.

      1. Yeah, Indian.. Chapati is cooked from wheat flour dough.
Vermicelli looks like rice. But it’s very thin and longer. It’s made from different kinds of flour. So to cook it, yoy can have it as a salty snack with veggies and basic spices or as a dessert called kheer by putting milk n sugar in it.

Lobia is black eyed pea. You boil it and add veggies, lemon juice, basic spices to it.

Then there’s one more. Pav bhaji. Pav is like a burger bun. Bhaji is its filling made of veggies and a special pav bhaji spice.

There are too many indian dishes that I love to have for breakfast

      2. Yes it is. You might get its ready to cook batter at some indian store. And if you visit some indian restaurant, you should find it there. Do you have a sweet tooth like me?
