Yep damn!

WE’RE STILL NOT DOING TO GOOD! STILL NOT OK!
BUT WE’RE TRYING!
DOES THAT COUNT? EMOTIONALLY WE’RE SPENT!
WE’VE BEEN AGITATED ALL EVENING!
CRIED A LOT TOO!
WE’RE JUST A MESS! A COMPLETE MESS!
CANT SHAKE THIS!
I DID HAVE A NICE BUBBLE BATH THOUGH WHICH DID HELP A LITTLE!
NOW I’M GONNA MAKE SOME TEA! SIP ON IT AND TRY TO SELF SOOTHE!
THIS IS THE LONGEST FEW HOURS I’VE PUT DOWN IN A WHILE!
I’M READY FOR A BREAK NOW!
WHEN YOUR BLUE, WHO CAN YOU TURN TO?
YOUR FRIENDS, THAT IS WHO!
YOU’VE ALL BEEN SO AMAZING! THANK YOU THANK YOU!

  1. Hope you ok and finding something soothing. Tea and my fleecy blanket, along with dvd’s are my comfort, since this afternoon.
    I hope to go to bed soon, which prior to that I will use a particular hand cream that smells nice and helps me relax, which I have also been using since earlier. I may spritz some lavender on my bedding too.

      1. I didn’t sleep too good last night, with me being thst upset. I couldn’t stop sobbing again, when in bed. Hopefully, I will sleep better tonight.
        It was gone one before I slept at some point. I was up as planned at 8am, because of what I needed to do.
        Glad to hear you slept well. ๐Ÿ™‚ I shan’t set my alarm for the morning, so shall get up tomorrow when I feel like it.
