Morning exercise!

I’ve just completed a 20 minute morning workout on the treadmill! It was intense but now I am feeling amazing! It felt so good to hop on the treadmill at 5 AM and get the endorphins going! I feel fantastic now!

I am planning, all going well, on doing another 20 minute workout this evening, if I feel up to it.

Right now, its breakfast time! Breakfast this morning consists of a grapefruit, some pears, a yogurt and 2 500 ml bottles of water!

I feel like this is going to be an amazing day! Bring it!
