Bee’s Poem of the Day: Habits

Hello dear readers, how are you doing? Is life treating you well? Do you have habits that help you get through your day?

I have and I haven’t. Does that make sense? Well, there are things that  I like to do everyday for my wellbeing like writing morning pages and meditating but sometimes I just can’t. I fall out of the habit and then come back to it later on and I feel rather like an idiot because I can’t keep up routines. It bothers me a lot.

Am I the only one?

habits come and go like thoughts

now the sun rises

May your habits support your wellbeing and make you feel safe!!!!

  1. I wouldn’t worry so much about when you do your habits; just don’t miss any. I have found that this flexibility in my day allows me to get all my habits done, but without the pressure of having to do them at a specific time. Just my two cents. 🙂
