Was up this week at way in

So this week I was up a pound. Considering I was away for the weekend I didn’t do too badly. I’m happy with that result, I knew I was going to be up, I didn’t think I’d be down that’s for sure. I’m going to work really hard this week on exercising every day. I think that will help me to lose some more weight I mean lose more than I have lost in the past couple of months. I haven’t been exercising all that much. That’s going to change from this week on. I have to try and make more of an effort, work harder at losing the weight. It’s not going to come off if I don’t make the effort. I’m going to eat dinner now and then I’m going to jump on the treadmill and exercise for half an hour. 💟🌻😀

I am a Pilates instructor and I also run programs in healthy lifestyle so changing peoples eating habits, exercising habits and lifestyle habits. I love working with women.   2. I have not stepped on a scale in awhile. I am scared to, I know I am up more than the 7 lbs that I was last time I checked. I care and I don’t. I’m just like oh well, I’ll lose it when I get ready. But I also don’t want to gain to much back. My size 4s are about not to fit.
