I’m in a really bad mood. I napped for a while and I woke up feeling very off. I feel very agitated. I can feel my body literally shaking, my skin is crawling. I just feel very off. I’d appreciate it if you all could send me some positive vibes, love, and support. I could really use it right now. I hope this feeling wont last for hours. I’m really not in the mood for this. My thoughts are racing. My heart is pounding and I just feel really bad. If anyone has advice, send me some.

Ever tried meditation? It’s sometimes the only thing that works for me at moments like this… Or journal writing, just for yourself. Feel better ❤

I do meditate sometimes. I use an app for that. I use a nature sounds app or else I use headspace. I find it good. xoxo

Yes, I love nature sounds and that sort of calm yoga music. I write to it a lot. I need to start meditating again more often. My mind goes a bit wonky some days. 🙂

Think about good memories, imagine yourself on the beach or whatever place you love! try to relax, control your breathing! If reading distract you use it, try even writing! think that this period will pass and it”s just a phase! nothing bad is going to happen , it’s just in your mind ! hope you’ll feel better soon !
