Anxietys back!

the anxiety is back. I feel horrible. I feel so agitated. Anxiety really sucks!

I’m literally tearing my hair out now! Panicking, my skin is crawling!

I am a mess!

Could use a few words of support guys!

  1. Thanks for sharing and reaching out rather than keeping your worries and concerns inside.

In my bible discussions with friends I have found real faith helps us deal with anxiety.
In fact 1Peter 4:7 tells us to be “vigilant with a view of prayers”
So we can ask Jehovah God for his help and for the wisdom and courage to make the best decision of our situation keeping in mind 1John 5:15 that he hears us concerning whatever we are asking.

  3. Hey love!! Take a pen and a piece of paper. Write down things you love and a version of you that is living their dream. Think how that would feel. Visualize it. How would you feel helping others? Being surrounded by amazing friends who love you? Would you feel warm and a little better? Start to visualize a version of you that lives without anxiety. Every morning do this. Every night before bed as well. You attract what you focus on. You are anxious of the future that is all it is, acknowledge that and decide to be grateful for where you are now (even if it is not whete you want to be). Keep telling yourself “it is done.. everything I want in life is already done and all mine.” and trust me, it will all be okay. Xo!

  4. Hey! I also deal with anxiety on a daily basis and being guy I am told way too often that I should just man up. It’s hard but I have found ways to cope with it. I actually started my own blog to express my journey and how I became less anxious. Keep the good work!!
