All signed up

So i did it, i signed up for a job coach.

I had to be referred by the local employment service. I was hoping the guy I know in there could do it for me over the phone, to save me having to go in to see him. Turns out he could do that. So now he has.

Now its a waiting game for someone from employability to contact me. They did tell me there is a sixteen week waiting list. But in the mean time i can search around on job websites myself and see what I can come up with and just get a feel for the kinds of jobs that are out there right now.

Then when I do finally get in to see someone I want to work on my CV updating it. I also want to try to sign up for some job sites. I think there is a process to doing that.

So we shall see where this all goes. My goal is to hopefully be employed by the end of this year or the start of next year. Whether that actually materialises or not we’ll just have to wait and see.
