I’ve just been on my treadmill, now I’m all hot and sweaty. At least I got my exercising for the day though. I did 15 minutes on it. It’s more than enough considering the speed I was going at which was about four, really exhausted now but glad I did it, it was a good workout.
I’m determined to get on it every day, I’m determined to do it twice a day some days and maybe once a day out other days
We’ll see how I go, I’m going to try my best to do it every day and only take breaks on the weekends when I’m not at home.
