I napped all afternoon. I know I probably shouldnt do that. But I just had to. I was exhausted. Getting only 2 hours of sleep on Saturday night didnt help any. So now its 1 AM and I am wide awake. Oh well. It will be fine. I can rest if I need to during the night, just lay down I mean and rest.
I have therapy tomorrow morning. I am looking forward to the session. I think it will be good, they always are. I’m prertty sure it will be intense though. Not sure yet what we’ll actually talk about. I just remembered I forgot to write up something after last weeks session. I still may do that.
I’m just glad I got some good sleep. I needed it.

I definitely don’t like napping, because it makes things even worse long term, but if you were really exhausted, it’s better to nap a bit and feel better than just drag yourself through the day while you can’t do anything constructive other than wait for the night so you can go to sleep. Hopefully today things will get more stable for you. And I hope your therapy session went well.
