What brings me joy…

So many things bring me joy. I thought I’d list a few things that really bring me enjoyment. There are too many but I was able to pick just a few. So without further ado here goes.

Reading: I love a good book. I love nothing better than curling up with a book at night before I go to sleep.

Walking: A walk always makes me feel so good. Exercise also releases endorphins, so I try to walk as much as I am able to each day.

Tea! As emily who is one of the insiders in our system says, tea makes everything better! I think she’s spot on about that! I love a good cup of tea and I drink far too much of the stuff ūüėÄ

Journaling: Blogging brings me joy. Interacting with other bloggers, getting follows, likes and comments, all makes me really happy. I’m happy that my blog touches so many lives.

Talking with friends: Either online, on the phone, or texting, I enjoy good conversation. I am very lucky. I have a lot of good friends with whom I’m in touch daily.

Singing: I love to sing! You’ll find me singing along to the radio, in the shower, almost everywhere actually! But surprisingly I am quite shy when it comes to showing off my voice to others!

Socialising: I am a social butterfly, in case you havent noticed. I love a good party! I enjoy mingling with people! I am a talker, and enjoy the good conversations that we have at parties.

Hot showers: I am a big fan of the shower! Water is healing! I really enjoy nothing more than standing underneath the water as it pours over me.

The sun: I love sunshine, I enjoy a hot summers day, maybe have a bbq, and just relaxing outside, with a book, a drink and my dog!

  1. I have just been writing in my journal before coming on WordPress before going to bed and I have written about walking. It’s something I plan to write up and air on my blog one day soon. But for now it’s in my journal.
    Walking seems to be the one thing I stick with regardless how I feel.
    There are other things, but walking seems to be top of the list for me. ūüôā
