Food log 10th april

Ok, so I thought I’d schedule this post in advance. So heres my food log for april 10th.

Breakfast:
Two slices of toast, some bacon, a mug of tea.

Mid morning snack:
some pineapple, two mandarines

Lunch
A yogurt, crackers

Dinner:
Sweet potato fries, baked beans, a quarn burger.

Drinks throughout the day
couple mugs of tea, 2 litres of water.

And that, my friends, is what I ate today!

  1. Dear Carol Anne: Spring brings so many good green veggies! My favorite is asparagus – so easy to steam quickly in the microwave – fiber, vitamins and yumminess! Wishing you a sunny day – TS

  2. Oh, Good for You!! True confession: I hate broccoli, and it’s so healthy to eat it!! I’m off to see my T now! I had so many dreams last night – wish me luck!! TS
